This beautifully presented, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with sea views is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation on Bulgaria's beautiful black sea coast. The apartment is the largest 1 bedroom apartment in the local area - at 73sqm it is larger than many 2 bedroom properties! The extra space makes it light and airy, with plenty of storage space and room to enjoy your stay. Based on the ground floor, it is both child and elderly friendly. There is a covered patio at the front of the property with table and 4 chairs. The garden and pool are situated to the front of the property, and there is a great on-site restaurant and bar which serves delicious, healthy and great value meal and drinks! The apartment is situated 100m from the beach and Dinevi Marina - the most exclusive area on the whole of the Black Sea coast with large yachts, boutique shops, bars, restaurants and a 5* hotel, the setting is perfect for a sunny break. It is very safe and tourist friendly.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are typically Saturday, however these may be flexible subject to availability - please contact me with specific questions or requests.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning; however it is naturally cool due to the covered patio at the front which shields the middle of the day sun, which makes it much more pleasant temperature than other apartments without this protection. 73sqm which is larger than many 2 bedroom apartments in the area, never mind the 1 bedrooms! The rooms are therefore very generous in size and are light and airy. The apartment is presented in first class condition. It is used for a few weeks per year by my family and rented out selectively, therefore all fixtures and fittings are in brand new condition.
Accessibility
The apartment is suitable for children and elderly guests alike - as it is positioned on the ground floor, it is accessible without the requirement for using the flights of stairs in the complex. It is accessible from the car park with the use of just 2 individual stairs and it is possible to access the pool and grounds from the car park with the use of no stairs at all. There are no internal stairs in the apartment.
Outside
The Watermill site is a large and beautifully landscaped site, definitely one of the nicest sites of any complex on the Black Sea coast. It is kept lush and green through the year, with planted gardens and large grass spaces. There is a large pool with attached kids pool (see photos) making it perfect for families, with a large number of reclining sun loungers, canopies and seating. There is a kids play area with slide and swings. There is a huge patio area at the front of the apartment, with views of the sea and the pool. The bar / restaurant has a good amount of both outdoor and indoor tables and seating, with BBQ area which has a great BBQ at the weekends.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful golden beaches of St Vlas are within a 100m walk. The beaches are large, clean and prefect for spending days in the sun. Watersports are available from local operators at the beach (wind-surfing, jet skiing etc). There are numerous bars and restaurants set along the beaches which are a great place to get a relaxing drink or some lunch.
Travel
St Vlas is located 40km from Burgas airport (25 min drive), with regular buses at very reasonable prices (c.£2 single). Local transport is both cheap and reliable, with bus and boat links to all surrounding areas running regularly. There are car parking spaces available at the Complex, however it is by no means essential to have access to a car during your stay.
Distances
Sunny Beach, the large beach resort with vast numbers of bars, restaurants, water parks etc is 4km away (£0.40 single bus journey with buses every 20-30 mins), whilst the beautiful ancient town of Nessebar (an architectural and archaeological reserve and one of Europes oldest towns) is just 8km away and accessible by both bus and boat.
Further details
St Vlas is a beautiful location for a summer break. The weather is typically fantastic from May right through to October. The local village of St Vlas has all the amenities you could ever need - supermarkets, a wide choice of restaurants, bars, post office, banks, clothing shops, Internet cafes, coffee shops etc, and is a lovely place to spend time. The beaches are sandy, clean and golden, and importantly significantly less busy than the sometimes crowded beaches of neighbouring Sunny Beach. It is generally a great place to spend your summer break, with (hopefully) fantastic weather, beautiful beaches, very reasonable living costs and great transport links should you choose to travel. A great place both to relax and to have fun, whatever is on your agenda!
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 3weeks before arrival. For bookings made at late notice (within 4 weeks), the total balance is due immediately. Security deposit of £100 required, which will be returned upon confirmation from the cleaning & maintenance agent that the flat was returned in the same condition as it was provided.
