Every bedroom has its own balcony with furniture and the terrace and small rear, enclosed garden has has garden furniture and a BBQ (in summer).

The lake at Zell am See is 15 mins drive away.

The are two championship golf courses withim 3 miles and others nearby.
Skiing
The village winter skibus stops 50m from the house. The Maiskogel ski area in Kaprun is 800m away and the main ski bus can take you to the Kitzteinhorn glacier or the picturesque Zell am See in 15 mins. Perfect for beginners, intermediates and expert as well as snowboarders.
Travel
Salzburg airport is 90kms and 1hour 15mins away. Munich airport 200kms and 2hours 30mins away. Innsbruck is around 90mins away. A hire car is not essential but highly recommended to give you extra freedom.
Distances
Village centre is 700m away a 10 minute walk. The nearest restaurant is 100m away.
Further details
The local leisure centre and pool is 600m away and you will find shops and supermarkets in the village.

A deposit of £200 per week is payable on booking and the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

The house was surprisingly spacious, well equiped and very comfortable. (A real home from home) The views were spectacular... and in easy access to the three areas of skiing... There are certainly enough home comforts to keep a family occupied. The service provided by yourselves and Ika was excellent and made the holiday more enjoyable - Jeff & Diane M, Brits living in Austria.
