The chalet has been newly refurbished in 2008 creating a warm, family friendly house that accommodates up to 8 plus a baby. It has a spacious feel with over 100 sq.m. over 3 floors. It has been fitted with all mod cons to create a luxurious and comfortable feel. From the fully fitted kitchen to the separate games room for the children (and grown up ones!), a small garden and 2 balconies, every facility is there to make your stay one to remember. With amazing views of Kaprun Castle, Kaprun village and the Kitzsteinhorn mountain, you will feel truly away from it when staying at Haus Luisa. It has its own parking at the side of the house.

Prices are for the property per week in Euros, although payment can be made in £ via paypal. Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Discounts may be available for long term letting for low season. Changeover day is Saturday unless by prior arrangement.

This is normally Saturday in high season and Sunday in summer, but this can be flexible out of season.

Skiing
The village winter bus stops 50 metres from the house. The Maiskogel ski area in Kaprun is 800 metres away and the main ski bus can take you to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier or the picturesque Zell am See in 15 mins. Together with Zell am See, Kaprun makes up the Europa Sports Region offer 3 ski area with over 130km of piste.
Travel
You could not ask for a more perfect, sought after location. The house is set in typically Austrian, tranquil surroundings and the stunning views over the open fields at the rear of the home across the village, ski area and mountains, will guarantee privacy and leave you feeling relaxed during your stay in Kaprun.
Car hire is recommended although it is possible to catch the train to Zell am See from the airport and get a taxi to the chalet. The chalet is walking distance from Kaprun centre.
Distances
10 minutes walk from Kaprun village centre. Just 50 yards from the ski bus and 3 miles from Zell am See.
Situated just 1 hour's drive from Salzburg Airport and 2 hours from Innsbruck, with flight times of around 1 hour 30 minutes -it is an ideal holiday destination.

Booking through website, 25% deposit and full payment 8 weeks before. Security deposit of £200 payment with final payment along with tourist tax of £1 per person.

Family Bullingham (stayed Aug 08): 'We were thrilled with the accommodation at Haus Luisa. It is very spacious, ideal for two families or 8 adults and is fitted out to a high standard. It has all teh facilities that a family would need and our children loved having their own playroom to play in/watch TV. The house is in an ideal location in a quiet street within short walking distance to the centre of Kaprun and its restaurants/bars/swimming pool etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week holiday and found lots to do in Kaprun and the surrounding areas.
