The chalet is situated slightly up a south facing hill, with the most stunning views from the mountain range and most of all the Kitzsteinhorn. You are also overlooking the golf course of Zell am See and the castle of Kaprun. You can enjoy the sun all day long, either on our large terrace and garden or on the balcony. Kaprun is 5 minutes away by car and the Areitbahn - Schmittenhöhe Zell am See you can reach in 3 minutes by car. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the chalet and there is frequent shuttle busses to both Kaprun and Zell am See, so you can reach both destinations very easily. Why have a holiday in an apartment that most of the time is not very big, if you can have your own house, with lots of space inside and outside? The chalet has the perfect location for taking advantage of both locations - Kaprun and Zell am See.
