Our luxury wellness facilities include Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, infra red cabin and in house massage. The Haus also boasts its very own Irish Bar. Notes on prices
Prices are per night in euros. Minimum stay 7 nights in high winter season, shorter stays on request during low season winter and summer season. Prices per child b/b are based on up to 2 children staying in a family room with 2 adults.
Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday -Saturday at peak winter times but mid week changeover is considered in off peak winter times and summer.
Notes on accommodation
Haus Obermoos has been decorated to the highest standard with solid wood flooring, marble tiling and under-floor heating throughout the house.
Golf
There are 12 golf courses all within one hour of Haus Obermoos, including many country clubs and one of Austrias best golf courses the Bernhard Langer designed Championship golf course at Schladming 25 minutes away.
Skiing
The beautiful village of Filzmoos,is part of Austria’s largest ski paradise the ‘Skiverbund Amade’ with 5 regions, 25 locations, 860km of pistes and 270 lifts. A single ski-pass is valid for the ski regions of Salzburger Sportwelt, Gastein, Schladming-Dachstein Tauern, Hochkönig's Winterreich and the Großarltal.
One of the advantages which Filzmoos has over the majority of ski resorts is that it has attractive pistes which lead right down to the centre of the village. It also has short distances to the lifts with no queues, lots of space on the piste and snow guaranteed.
Travel
Filzmoos is only 45 minutes away from Salzburg airport, 2 hours from Munich, 2¼ hours from Graz or Linz. Car hire is not essential as transfers can be arranged and we are 100m from the ski lift. Please email us for a quote.

Filzmoos is only 1 min by car or 10/15 mins walk.There are 22 restaurants, many bars, 1 large supermarket, 3 banks all with 24 hr ATM facilities, a doctors surgery, a church (catholic service), Post office, 3 ski schools and every service required by a person on holidays.

Our haus is only 10 minutes walk to the village along a cleared footpath with stunning views of the Austrian Alps. Filzmoos village is compact and easy to get around with ski schools, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all within short walking distance.
