In the middle of Austria's biggest ski and sports region, our 2 bedroom apartment is situated just 150 meters from the village centre of Niedernsill which is a short distance from the Ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun (Glacier skiing all year round). There are excellent restaurants and bars in the village. Free ski bus leaves from the village centre on a frequent basis. In addition, there is a regular train and public bus service from the village. The apartment, 70m2 in size, is presented in a beautiful and cosy rustic style. It is on a raised ground floor and has it's own terrace (with furniture), garden and garage.

Within 5 minutes drive to Zell am See's two courses, also close to Mittersill's 18 hole course. There are numerous other courses all within a short driving distance and set amid the stunning Austrian Alps.
Skiing
The Europa Sports Region offers 130 km of pistes and 54 ski lifts in Zell am See and Kaprun. Kaprun also boasts the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier with guaranteed snow conditions and summer skiing. The above ski areas are easily reached from the village by frequent free ski bus, which stops 150 meters from the apartment. The world famous Kitzbuhler Alps can be accessed through nearby Hollersbach and Saalbach-Hinterglemm is also close.
