Privately owned 1, 2 & 3 bedroom house and apartments. [Two houses / 4 apartments are available]. Situated in a gorgeous small family orientated community. At the end of our garden are 2 large pools and 1 smaller raised pool with feature waterfalls in attractive gardens surrounded by palm trees. The 3 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom apartments each have their own private walled garden & patio; the 1 bedroom apartment has private balcony and roof sun terrace. Shops, restaurants and beaches are a 2 or 3 minute walk, the luxury Cala D’Or marina is a 5 minute walk. A road train circulates local beaches, Cala D’Or and large Cala Mondrago beach and national park. A short drive is Val d’or golf course, scenic mountains, monasteries and local market villages. Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds, we accept bookings for part weeks calculated at a daily rate.
We can accept payments in pounds sterling (£) or euros (€), by cheque or bank transfer. Discounts for long stay and winter lets, please contact to discuss.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, but midweek flights are generally cheaper; Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are well worth checking flights.

Accommodation

 

 

 

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for couples, small and large families due to the accommodation flexibility; families and friends can retain independence in the self contained yet internally linked apartments.

We have multiple properties so can accommodate bookings of up to 16 people.

The pool at the end of the garden is ideal for children, it has a walled off shallow area and is visible from the house/apartments allowing you to relax.

Whilst fitting the properties we gave attention to detail making them as comfortable & homely as possible, making your holiday as enjoyable as possible, particularly as we holiday here ourselves.

All the rooms benefit from full air conditioning/heating, and all furniture & fittings were installed with comfort in mind.

Bath towels and bed linen are provided, housekeeper service to prepare & clean before and after your stay, a mid-stay linen change is provided if staying more than 10 nights.

Accessibility
The ground floor accommodation is accessible from the car park & pools via 3 small steps.
The ground floor apartment has all facilities accessible as if a bungalow, so once inside there is no need to climb stairs or steps.
Casa Flores 19 has a very large family sized bathroom.
Although Casa Flores 19 is accessible via a ramp, unfortunately we can not advertise it for people restricted to wheelchairs due to normal width bedroom doors & no ramp access to the garden.

Outside
Our houses & ground floor 2 bedroom apartments have a private 9m x 5m walled garden plus patio and garden furniture.
They share 2 circular 9m diameter pools, plus an elevated 5m diameter bubble pool which feeds 2 waterfalls dropping into the main pools. The nearest pool at the end of the gardens, has a partitioned shallow end ideal for young children.
The pools are located in a shared paved garden area planted with shrubs & palms, this is shared between the 20 houses surrounding the pools.
Private parking is provided within the secure grounds.

Coast/Beach
Beaches are reached 5 minute walk, you have a choice of 2.
Cala d'Or marina 'Cala Llonga' is about 10 minute walk away.
A 5-10 minute drive reaches the nationally protected beach of Cala Mondrago, this can also be reached by a bus, or a local 'road train' which is great fun.
For walkers, there are miles of walks along scenic rocky coastline accessible within minutes by foot.

Golf
15 minute drive reaches the 18 hole Val d'Or golf course.

Travel
Palma airport is approx. 50 minute drive away, taxis are available from the airport or can be pre-booked from UK if preferred.
Several car hire desks are sited at the airport, or pre-booking by Internet generally obtains better rates.

Distances
Cala d'Or is only 1.5km, a few minute drive or attractive 20 minute walk around Cala d'Or Marina.
Palma is approx 50 mins drive, as is the exceptionally stunning mountainous Western coastline.
Many other attractions like mountain-top monasteries, local village markets, huge beaches, etc. are all accessible by short drive by car or taxi.

Further details
The nearest beach is a short 5 mins walk, Cala d'Or marina is about 10 minutes.
Shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the centre of Cala Egos, are 3 mins walk.
Other activities like Bowling, Mini-golf, Children's electric bikes, Go-karts & Trampolines, amongst other things can be reached in a couple of minutes by foot.

If you did not collect a rental car from Palma Airport, hire companies have offices and pickup within walking distance in Cala Egos.

1) June 2007: We had the most wonderful time, it was everything we hoped. Everything was as described, it’s refreshing to find it's as near the amenities as you said. Your house is perfectly positioned for holidaying with children - they had a great time in the pool, it was good to give them freedom knowing we could see them from the house.
