Casa Avellana is a newly constructed privately owned villa, set within its own fully enclosed south facing walled garden in the quiet residential area of Binibeca. The villa has its own private pool, large terrace, BBQ and roof terrace and provides accommodation for up to 8 people. The villa is approx 20 mins drive from the airport. Menorca’s capital is around 15 mins drive. Binibeca is a popular resort. At one end is Binibeca Vell, a resort in the style of an old fishing village, which offers a wide range of shops and restaurants. At the other end Cala Torret, offers a similar range of restaurants and shops. The beach at Binibeca is a lovely family beach with gently shelving sands in a quiet cove, offering safe bathing for all the family. The beach bar at Binibeca, Los Bucaneros has the reputation of being the best beach bar on the island.

| Other: | The villa has a large rectangular private pool measuring 10m x 5m with Roman steps at the shallow end. The pool is surrounded by a large terraced area, which features a built in BBQ and outdoor shower. There are ample sun loungers. |
