This well appointed first floor one bedroom apartment overlooks the very picturesque golf course, where it can be a bird watchers paradise, and the safe shallow sandy beach is within walking distance, as are all the facilities of Son Parc. Designated parking space and the large pool are close by.

Notes on accommodation
Being a first floor apartment it is suitable for young children, and elderly. There is a parking space behind the property with a few steps to the apartment. It has a very safe balcony, with stunning views over the 18 hole golf course. A very spacious apartment, with a light and airy feel. The large swimming pool is beautiful and has a shallow and deep end, with plenty of space around the pool for your lounger. The apartment's balcony gets the late morning sun through till the evening, where you can relax on the loungers or have a bbq! No where is too far away, the Golf Club is only 100 yards, where you can enjoy a good 3 course meal or just a bar snack, it also offers good facilities such as tennis courts, golf lessons etc. You can be in Mahon in less than half an hour or explore the many wonderful beaches on the island. Menorca has more beaches than its sister island Mallorca!

Outside
There is an extremely large balcony to the property, which has a BBQ built in, together with sun loungers, table and chairs including cushions, and sun umbrella. There are gardens surrounding the property, and a beautiful large swimming pool for use by the apartments in Green Parc only.
Coast/Beach
The beach which is considered by many to be one of the best on the island is 2km away. It is safe and sandy and has a first aid post and life guard. Ideal for young families.
Golf
The Son Parc Golf Clubhouse is approx 100 yards to the apartment, which is open to everyone and offers a good restaurant and bar. It is a refined British owned course, which now has 18 holes. There are also 2 tennis courts available for hire, approx 7 euros per hour.
Travel
Mahon airport is less than 25 minutes away by car. Car hire will greatly enhance your holiday as it will give good access to the many excellent restaurants in the vicinity. This can be arranged for you if you so wish.
Distances
Son Parc has three supermarkets and many good restaurants. Mahon which is the main town is 30 minutes away by car and the picturesque village of Fornells about 15 minutes away. The nearest town is Mercadal aprox 5 mins drive.
Further details
There is a Spar shop approximately 5-10 mins away. We can provide a welcome pack on arrival of essentials if requested. Local restaurants close by offering Chinese, pizzas, Spanish and English food, along with bars and shops. Fornells is a very picturesque port offering many good fish restaurants. Mahon the capital of Menorca is a busy city with lots of shops, restaurants, a beautiful harbour which is the second deepest in the world.

A deposit of £100 (non refundable) is required on booking and the remainder eight weeks prior to departure date.
