Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sun terrace on the first floor. The villa is within a 5 min walk to local shops, supermarkets, bars and resurants and 10 to 15 min walk to a safe sandy beach. This lovely clean beach has life guards and first aid to hand and has a beach cafe. The golf course is less than 5 mins drive away.

Changeover day
Friday changeover, villa will be available from 2pm on the day you arrive and has to be vacated by 10am on you departure date. This is to allow the maids to clean and prepare the villa for the next guests.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is set at the entrance to a quiet cul-d-sac with very little traffic and is very safe for children. The villa is all on one level with no steps other that staircase to first floor master bedroom.
Outside
The villa has its own 7 x 4 metres private pool that is cleaned twice a week in mid and peak seasons. Steps in to shallow end of pool are safe for children. Outside furniture includes large family dining table with 6 chairs under covered terrace, smaller table with 4 wooden chairs and built-in seating and sun umbrella in corner of garden. Six sun loungers and a BBQ area. All gardens to the front and sides are planted.
Golf
The villa is situated within 5 min drive (approximately 1500m) of the only 18 Hole golf course in Menorca. There is also an adjoining golf driving range and golf clubs can be hired from the golf shop.
Travel
Mahon Airport is approx 25 mins drive away. Whilst car hire is not essential, to enjoy the full facilities of the island car hire would be recommended.
Distances
5 mins walk to a supermarket, souvenir shop and several bars and restaurants. 15 mins drive to Mercedal, which offers more comprehensive local shopping and banks.
15 mins drive to Fornells, which offer lovely sea front restaurants and plenty of water sports. 25 mins drive to the port of Mahon, the capital of Menorca with a wide selection of eating places overlooking the second largest natural deep water harbour in the world and the town itself has extensive shopping facilities.
Further details
Sailing, windsurfing and diving schools are available in Fornells which is approximately 15 mins drive.
