Can Comas have the charm of the rustic and traditional stone country houses plenty of comfort. These two beautiful country houses are located in a peaceful area and standing in 30.000m² surrounded by oranges and lemon trees, terraces and with stunning views across the Tramuntana Mountains and the valley of Sóller. It is an ideal choice to enjoy the country side and excellent for couples and small family groups. The villas are built in different areas of the finca providing privacy. They are at just 15 minutes walk from the town centre and a short drive to the beach of Puerto Sóller. They share a pool, which is situated behind the owners house, of 9x4 metres at some 100 metres distance from the houses. The pool can be used by the owners as well from 18:30 onwards. Each house has its own parking place.

Outside
Furnished terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and a hammock. The shared swimming pool is 9mts x 4mts wide. Depth ranges from 1,30mts. to 2,05mts. Operational 1st May to 31st October.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the Port of Sóller (5 minutes drive away.

Golf
The nearest golf course is Son Termens, a 20 minute drive away, it takes non members (Par: 72 ; 5.572 m ; 18 Holes ; Green Fee: approx. 60 euros).

Travel
Palma Airport is 30km (30 minutes) away.
There is a bus to Palma every hour from 7.00 am to 9pm and a regular service on a delightfully train that follows the edge of the sea to the Port of Soller. There is also a train to Palma from Soller.
Car hire is recommended . The path to the villas is quite narrow so it is necessary a small car. The owner meets the guests in Soller and takes them to the house.

Distances
Fornalutx is at 5 mins drive away from Sóller and Deią at 15 mins.

Further details
The valley of Sóller is ideal for a wide range of holiday activities, whether water sports in the Port of Sóller, going for mountain and countryside walks or mountain treks along the Tramuntana Sierra.
