Changeover day
Changeover days is a Friday and is not flexible. Admission cannot be guaranteed until early afternoon and you must vacate by 10am unless otherwise agreed with your villa manager.

Outside
The pool area is surrounded by terracing with plenty of furniture where you can sit and enjoy the views, or you could choose to catch the sun from the roof terrace above. There is a built in BBQ and an outside shower. The swimming pool measures 8x5m, and 1.8m deep, with steps into the shallow end. There is also private parking area in front of the villa with enough for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The village of Cala'n Porter is less than 5 min walk where you will find several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Cala'n Porter beach is located either by road or by steps down from the village. We recommend transport to the beach either by car or using the train which runs around the village all season long.
Travel
The airport is approx 15 mins and Mahon 20 mins drive. Taxis are available at the airport and cost approx. 20 euros.

A deposit of £75 per week will be required to confirm your booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
