These three bedroom Casa's are ideally situated within five minutes walk of the Cala D'or Marina, which has a large selection of first class restaurants, cafes and bars. The location provides access to all local amenities and is within walking distance of a number of beaches. The resort is popular with families and couples. Both Casas are maintained to a high standard, and can each comfortable accommodate six people. It is part of a small private complex with pools which are child friendly surrounded by secluded gardens.

Bedrooms: Two double rooms on the ground floor which share a bathroom, one has a large double bed and the other twin single beds, both rooms have fitted wardrobes.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with Large double bed. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.

Bathrooms: Ensuite to Master bedroom - with shower, basis, wc & jacuzzi bath.
Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin.

Kitchen: There is a well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine.

Living Room: Fully air-conditioned, the Casas comprise of a large lounge/dining area, television, video, DVD and satellite viewing. The Lounge has large Patio Doors which lead to the Patio and gated garden, the gated garden leads out to the pool, ideal for small children.

Other: The private gardens have a patio supplied with garden furniture, and sun lounges. There are two roof terraces leading out from the first level which can be used for more private sun bathing.

These Casa's are ideally suited to families with children of all ages, we can provide cots and a high chair if required at not extra charge.
Being in a central location, these casa's would also suit the more mature guest as local shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a short walking distance.

Outside
Both Casa's have there own patio within private gardens and patio furniture. The gardens lead out to the pools.

The Val D'Or 18 hold golf course is only a 10 minute drive from the villa.

Travel
Palma International Airport is 60km distance from the Casas and can be reached by car within 50 minutes.
If required car hire can be arranged or Taxis can be organised.

Distances
Cala D'Or town can be reached within 15 minutes walk around the Marina.
Cala Egos is only 5 minutes walk, where supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and shops can be reached.

Booking notes
Prices are shown per Casa per week and include the use of a safe, weely cleaning and change of linen/towels. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is due eight weeks prior to departure.
