An exclusive upmarket community development within minutes from Port Adriano and 5 minutes from Santa Ponsa beaches and ports. The Townhouse is just 5 minutes drive from 4 golf courses:- Santa Ponsa I, II, III and Poniente and Royal Bendinat Golf is a short drive away. Set within private gated landscaped gardens we offer a wonderful, large two floor townhouse including private parking area below the property and storage room. The community also offers 2 swimming pools. One large and one small ideal for the kids. The Santa Ponsa night life and beaches are within easy reach but are out of earshot as are all the major water parks and attractions. The local Port offers a romantic location for evening dining and has a host of fabulous restaurants to choose from. This is a quiet community and noise will not be tolerated after 10pm. Please bear this in mind before contacting us. No single sex groups.

Changeover day
Our changeover day is Saturday (June, July, August, Sept). We can be flexible out of season where possible. On the day of arrival you can access the property by 3pm and on departure we ask that you vacate the property by 10am.

Kitchen: Wonderfully striking kitchen - Nolte with top of the range appliances. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven and hob, large fridge freezer. Completely equipped with high quality pots, pans, glasses and silverware.
Utility Room: Washer drier, iron & board.
Living Rooms: Spacious open plan lounge/diner with two sets of double doors out to the covered terrace and good size garden. Relax on the large 4-6 seater sofa, enjoy large TV with satellite (bring your Sky card), a dining table and 6 dining chairs.
Other: The Townhouse also has gated secure private parking and a storage room for pushchairs, golf clubs etc. We provide a welcome pack which is filled with information regarding all local amenities and restaurants and any other info you may think helpful.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning is done to an exceptionally high standard. The townhouse will be presented especially for your arrival. Linen is changed once a week and maid service is also provided once a week on a Saturday if requested. This is included in the rental price.

 

Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air-conditioned and heated throughout and has individual temperature controls in each room. This fantastically luxurious townhouse has a wealth of facilities to ensure you enjoy your stay. The location is wonderful - minutes to three beaches, shops and facilities along with numerous golf courses and 2 marinas. Shops are within walking distance as is the beach and the port of Adriano.

Accessibility
Our property is suitable for everyone as you can gain access either from the front (2 steps) or from the garden (best for wheelchair access) however the only access to the second floor is by the stairs. All Bedrooms are on the top floor.

Outside
The Townhouse offers a relaxing private garden with decking and grass areas. The gardens are well manicured and cover a very large area - a beautiful array of green plants and colourful Mediterranean and tropical flowers and trees. There is a huge lagoon like communal pool situated in the centre - with an abundance of sun loungers. There is also a second pool located at the rear of our property along a winding path which is surrounded by lush tropical beauty.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano are only 2 and 5 minutes by car. Santa Ponsa has a long sweeping beach with many cafes and shops lining the front. A 10 minute drive by car offers you access to the golden beaches of the south coast of Majorca of which there are many to choose from. Lovely Port Adriano beach is 5 mins walk away.
This is Port Adriano where there is a 5 star hotel Marina and several exclusive restaurants as well as Spa, supermarket, bakery and children“s park.

Golf
Majorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities to offer those wanting to continue this sport all year round. There are 15 golf courses on the island, from 9 to 18 hole courses, on varying landscapes - hilly land with inclined fairways, high tees, long and fast greens, but all carefully designed to test the players' skills, even those of the most experienced of players. Five courses are close to Palma - Son Vida, Son Muntana, Real Bendinat, Son Antem and Son Termons. The complex is just 5 minutes drive from 4 golf courses:- Santa Ponsa I, II, III and Poniente and Royal Bendinat Golf is a short drive away.

Special interest holidays
The Townhouse is wonderfully located in the centre of the south west of Mallorca - this means that it is an ideal from which to go exploring the island. Nothing is very far away!! We can offer any services and assistance you may require before you get here - our agents can organise everything from car hire and babysitting to excursions, family fun parks and special evenings out - as well as advising on all the highlights of the island worth visiting. If sport is your thing then a variety of watersports are on offer and can also be pre-arranged as can Tennis and Horseriding. Just ask and we will do our best to help. They are on call for you 24hrs a day.

Travel
Palma Airport is just 17 minutes away (30 Euros in a taxi) and an easy drive. The city of Palma with its historic cathedral and Port is only 15 minutes by car and is well worth a vist for all its shops, restaurants and night life. The shopping centre (Porto Pi) on the Paseo Maritimo has a selection of the more exclusive shops.

Distances
7 minute walk to Port Adriano beach, where there are a number of bars and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Palma Nova and 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa beaches. It is also just 12 mins to the glamourous marina of Puerto Portals home to the celebrities and big boats.

Locally - Spar supermarket, bakery, cake shop, newsagent, clothes shop, butcher, marina, 5 star hotel, beach, 9 or so fine dining restaurants including pizzeria, children“s park with table tennis and volleyball. Special children“s fun house -where children can play while parents sit and have coffee or something stronger ! Video shop, 2 banks. All within walking distance. Also the area is the location of local festivals and events. There is an outdoor stage and gathering area where you may be lucky enough to experience local music and dancing (flamenco, traditional dancing etc) or fireworks and parades depending on the day and season.

Booking notes
DEPOSITS: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking which will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. No bookings are confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Balance: The balance is payable in the UK 8 weeks prior to your departure.

Damage deposit: A refundable deposit of £350 is required upon reservation refundable when you checkout upon no breakages.
