This modern villa, Casa Bella Vista is situated on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay of Cala Salada and the surrounding pine forested hills. Every bedroom has a terrace which has breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea. The bedrooms all have optional air conditioning*. The kitchen and living room are open plan with the living room opening out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the bay of Cala Salada, perfect for chilling out, with a gentle sea breeze and views of the boats sailing by. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. There is one shower room with twin wash basins and one bathroom with shower and twin wash basins. Two of the bedrooms open out onto the poolside which again has stunning views of the sea. The other two bedrooms open out onto a shared balcony with sea views. The pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of guests staying at the Villa.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Sunday but this can be flexible. Arrival time after 2pm. Depart before 10am.

Notes on accommodation
*All of the bedrooms have optional air-conditioning at an extra total cost of £150 per week which can be paid for either in advance, on arrival or taken out of the security deposit. The villa has central heating. The villa is no-smoking, smoking on the terrace and balconies is permitted. There is also a DVD player for guests use and selection of DVDs.
Please note: This Villa is set in a quiet residential area so families and professional groups welcome but not suitable for those wishing to play loud music. A complimentary groceries pack is supplied to all guest upon arrival.

Accessibility
This property is not suited to those with mobility problems as there are steps to the main house and to the pool from the house.
Outside
There is an outside covered terrace area with large table and plenty of seating and a BBQ. The swimming pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of the guests.
Coast/Beach
Only 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away is the '5 Star' picturesque cove of Cala Salada, which in 2008 received the accolade of 'Europe's second best beach' from website 'onbeach', with its great secluded sandy beach and restaurant surrounded by trees and paths which lead into the hills. The caves at Ses Fontanelles are close by, famous for cave paintings dating back to the Bronze age. The villa is only 3km away from the town of San Antonio.
Travel
Only 20km away from the airport. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
San Antonio is only 3km away and cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is 15km away.

Nearest restaurants are in the cove of Cala Salada and in the other direction towards San Antonio. The nearest supermarket and bank is in San Antonio as well as many tourist attractions.
Booking notes
50% of the rental fee due at the time of booking, this is non-refundable. The remaining 50% to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. A £700 (UK pounds) security deposit will be required when final instalment is paid. This will be refunded in full within 14 days upon guests return subject to satisfactory property inspection. All payments accepted by bank transfer.

"The pictures of this villa do not do it justice, our jaws dropped as we walked through the door. It is spacious, well equipped, modern, clean and the sunset view is spectacular. The local beach offers clear waters although a car is needed to enhance your stay on this Island. The owner was extremely efficient when booking our stay and he also welcomed us with some essential goodies on arrival. His management team were also very helpful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to you all."

'My friends and I had a very enjoyable stay in the villa. The villa was fantastic and I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a break with a group of friends. The views are stunning and the beach is only a short distance away. The rooms are to a very high standard and the living area and kitchen are very spacious and attractive.
