This is a very modern, stylish apartment in the popular Pinaret area of Puerto Pollensa. It is very close to the beach and only 5 mins walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants. Although it does not have its own pool, guests are welcome to use the 3 pools of the neighbouring aparthotel.

Changeover day is usually weekend (Saturday/Sunday), but we are flexible so please ask.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level and has a double bed, leading on to a large terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with shower, bath and wc. Separate toilet with wc and sink. |
| Kitchen: | Modern, state of the art kitchen with halogen hob, double oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Also equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, iron and ironing board, fire blanket and fire extinguisher. |
| Living Rooms: | The apartment has separate dining and seating areas. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. There are two sofas in the seating area, plus a television and DVD/CD player. We also provide a portable CD player, plus a range of DVDs and CDs for guests. |
| Other: | The apartment is spread over two floors, encompassing 3 bedrooms and 3 separate terraces. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned and towels changed twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is very popular with family groups, due to the child friendly facilities and the proximity of the beach, playground and restaurants/bars. It is fully air conditioned, essential for the summer months. We provide two adult mountain bikes free of charge, both equipped with child seats and helmets.

Outside
The apartment has its own covered parking space in the grounds of the apartment block. There are 3 separate terraces, including a large upper terrace directly off the bedroom. This affords both mountain and sea views. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are provided on the terraces.
Coast/Beach
It is only 100m to the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, and a short drive to the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Golf
There is a golf course in Pollensa, approx 10km from the apartment.
Special interest holidays
This is a very popular area for bird watching, walking and cycling.
Travel
Located in the north east of the island, Puerto Pollensa is approximately 45 mins drive from Palma airport. Car hire is not essential unless you wish to explore the island, as taxis and buses are available from the airport.
Distances
Pollensa Town and Alcudia are both a short drive away, also easily accessible by taxi and bus.

The apartment is only 5 mins walk from the restaurants, bars and shops of Puerto Pollensa.
