'Tetuan' is an original Menorcan casita built in 1912 which has been converted to provide comfortable accommodation for 2 people. It has its own walled garden and sole use of a small pool. It is ideal for those who like to be independent and private but within walking distance to all amenities.

Changeover day
Change over day is Friday. Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10am and arrivals will be from 2pm.

Outside
The property is set within its own walled garden. There is a terrace with table and chairs, a BBQ and sunbeds. There is a pretty pergola covered in scented, arromatic plants, lemon and orange trees. There is also a small plunge pool for the sole use of guests.
Coast/Beach
Menorca is well known for its beautiful beaches and boasts over 170 of them. The nearest beach is about a 10/15 minute drive or bus ride away and is the longest beach on the island.
Golf
It is approximately a 15 minute drive to the golf course.
Travel
The airport is about a 10/15 minute drive away. To explore all the areas of the island it would be best to hire a car but the location of the property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a bus stops 5 minutes walk away from the house. This gives non drivers access to buses all over the island.
Distances
The house is located on the edge of the small town of Alaior. A 5/10 minute walk brings you to the centre of the town.
Alaior is the third largest town and is central for easy access to all parts of the island.
