Buganvilia is located in this quiet residential area, just south of the town centre. This area has the advantages of being apparently 'away from it all' but is actually within very easy walking distance of the lively but friendly port and town.The area is perfect for walkers, cyclists and golfers. There is no nightlife on the doorstep to disturb, but it is easily accessible on foot, a car is not necessary except to venture further afield. The local beach is safe, spacious and not prone to overcrowding, and there is a sailing/windsurfing school on your doorstep if you are so inclined. The nearest restaurant 'Bar Tolus' is on the sea front (apparently always open) good for snacks and light meals with friendly staff - it's almost too convenient!

Notes on prices
Prices above in UK pounds per week. Discounted rates are negotiable for extended lets in excess of 3 weeks. A small extra charge of £18 per week is made during the months November til March for central heating. A seperate cheque for £100 is required as a security deposit at the same time as the final balance which will be returned to the client immediately after the holiday provided everything is left in good order.
Changeover day
We aim to be flexible with change over day and will always try and accommodate clients dependent of course on other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideal for families or small groups. The apartment is fully centrally heated making it comfortable during the winter months. Buganvilia is a privately owned apartment, but should you require additional accommodation we have another apartment just 2 mins away that sleeps 2/4 called Cipreses.
Only suitable for assisted wheelchair access. A no staircase route to the apartment is possible using the lift when accessed via the basement garage.
Coast/Beach
The beach is an easy 4 - 5 mins stroll from the apartment on level ground. The beach has ramped access, a sailing/windsurfing school and hire facility, fixed sun beds and shades (day rental required).
Golf
Golf Alcanada - Alcudia 30-40 mins drive. Golf Club de Pollensa - 15-20 mins drive.
Travel
Palma Int airport is 50 mins drive from the apartment. Hire car is advisable but not essential. Travel between the apartment and airport is possible using regular bus services and taxis.
Distances
Port de Pollenca town centre is 10 mins easy walking. Pollenca (historic old town) is 10-15 mins drive (or 30-40 mins cycle ride). Alcudia (bustling Port & Resort) is 20 mins drive along the bayfront. A few metres away is a small supermarketand a cafe/bar with pool.
Further details
Port de Pollenca (Puerto Pollensa) is situated at the NE corner of the island in an attractive bay with excellent beaches. The nearby mountains that run along the north coast offer spectacular scenery and other interesting places to visit. The old market town of Pollenca is just a 15 minute drive inland and well worth investigating. The apartment is situated in 'El Pinaret', a well established and quiet residential area, just south of the town centre.
Booking notes
Please telephone or email to ensure availability of your chosen week(s). We will then provisionally hold the dates for you. A booking form will be forwarded to you. Complete and return the form with the deposit of £120. Settlement in full is required 6 weeks prior to rental. At the same time as the final balance is paid we will require a cheque for £100 as a security deposit which will be returned to the client immediately they return from holiday provided everything is left in good order.
