200 year old stone house with pool, recently renovated in traditional style. Situated in typical Mallorcean village in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. The house is on the uppermost lane of village in premier area with spectacular views öf mountains, countryside and village. The house faces south east and the 3 double bedrooms all have wooden floors and enjoy the beautiful view. Sitting room, dining room, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one en suite. Charming terraced garden, pool, shaded pergola for outdoor dining, barbeque, 180 degrees panoramic view from pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Price includes all running expenses, water, electricity, gas, linen and towels (not beach towels), pool cleaning and garden watering. For 2 weeks let, we provide maid service for 3 hours which includes linen change. We would be happy to meet you at the airport for no further charge.

Fridays preferred.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and linen are provided. Cleaning lady 3 hours per week for two week lets including linen change. Beach towels not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a traditional Mallorcean village house built on the side of a hill giving marvelous views. The garden and pool area are above the house, making this area inaccessible to wheelchairs and less than ideal for toddlers.

Private pool 4 x 3.5 metres, interesting rocky bottom with maximum depth 2.6 metres, standing area by swim ladder. Delightful mature terraced garden, automatic watering system and forest above. Covered pergola with teak dining table and 4 chairs. 4 teak deck chairs plus 2 canvas director chairs. Barbeque.
Coast/Beach
Beaches in Bay of Alcudia or Pollensa 30 minutes drive.
Beaches in Palma bay 30 minutes drive.
Golf
Mallorca has many golf courses within reasonable distance.
Travel
Palma airport 25 minutes drive. Car hire highly recommended.
Consell/Alaró train station 4 kms. Trains to Palma, Inca and Manacor. Connecting bus service from village.
Taxi service available in village.
Distances
The house is on edge of village of Alaro. Inca 12 kms
Palma 25 kms. The Sierra de Tamuntana mountains are behind the house, Orient and other mountain villages are within easy reach.
Further details
Alaró conserves the atmosphere of a typical Mallorcean mountain village and is off the tourist route.
There are excellent restaurants and bars in village and nearby.
2 supermarkets, small shops, excellent bakery, 4 banks and a chemist. Saturday market in village square is always fun. Walk to Alaro castle, 1.5 hours. Annual fiesta week ending 16th August with devils dancing, fireworks and many other events.
Booking notes
20% deposit on booking by bank transfer to owners account. Balance payable one month before rental period. A security deposit must be paid on arrival and will be reimbursed on departure, less cost of any damage or breakages (fair wear and tear excepted). We will be happy to meet you at airport for no extra charge.

We had a great holiday in your lovely house! We particularly loved the view from your roof terrace & dining under the bougainvillea. Alaro is a great centre for exploring the island, Palma, Alcudia, Pollensa in easy reach, Deia, Valldemosa & Soller not much further. We felt rested and restored and look forward to a return visit.
