This charming old family home set amidst the fabulous backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains is located just outsied the lovely village of Soller. The original stone house dates back over 500 years. With the citrus orchard enclosing a stone courtyard with comfortable seating for 10, a beautiful swimming pool, relaxing jacuzzi and its own tennis court all with stunning views, it is easy to forget about the rest of the world. All bedrooms are decorated in style and comfort ranging from one twin, to en-suite doubles, to a full suite with its own private terrace. Changeover day
We are very flexible as far as changeover days, departure and arrival times. Although of course all is dependant on other clients.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 large fridges, a freezer, an oven, microwave, 4 ring stove, dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and dryer. Storage cupboard for all linen. |
| Living Rooms: | There are two main living rooms. The 1st is a library/den. It has Sky TV and a DVD player with large collection of movies. There is also wireless internet access. The 2nd, in the old part of the house, is a more formal sitting room comfortably seating 10. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned once a week but a daily maid service is available at an extra cost. |
Outside
Private outdoor swimming pool, 13m x 6m, with 4 sunfloats. Outdoor jacuzzi that seats 7. Private tennis court, please bring your own rackets. All of these are set within the orchard. The pool is surrounded by stone terraces with sunbeds for 6. Outdoor seating for 10 near a fountain all within stone courtyard next to the house. Covered outdoor dining area seats 12 on one large stone table. There is a stone barbecue out by the pool.
Coast/Beach
The Puerto de Soller with a small sandy beach, pretty marina and many bars/restaurants is a 10 min drive.
Golf
The nearest golf course is named Son Tremens and is approx. 15 min drive away. Very beautiful course with good prices and very pleasant staff.
Travel
Palma airport is a 30 min drive. Car hire recommended but the taxi fare is approx 50 euros.
Distances
The tiny village of Biniaraix is a few min walk above us. The town of Soller is 10-15 min walk from our gate to the main square which is full of little cafes and restaurants. The very pretty village of Fornalutx is a 15-20 min walk uphill. The village of Deia is a 20 min drive along the coast.
Further details
Soller has a full variety of shops, cafes and banks. There is one big supermarket which is adequate or many huge supermarkets in Palma about 20 mins drive.
Booking notes
Once the client has decided on dates and would like to confirm the booking we require 1000 euros per week non-refundable deposit. The full payment we require a month before arrival.
