Coast/Beach
Large sandy beach with large area shaded by pine trees, 5 mins drive. Two further sandy beaches and many coves to discover within 10 mins drive. Rocky beach across the road.

Golf
Golf in Santa Ponsa is excellent with several courses within a very short drive (Santa Ponsa golf course, Poniente golf course etc).

Special interest holidays
Mallorca is a paradise for cyclists. Bicycles can be stored securely in the underground car park.

Travel
Palma airport 25 mins easy drive. Palma centre 20 mins drive. Beaches 5 mins drive. Two restaurants 5 mins walk. Puerto Adriano with marina, bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket 5 mins drive or 15 min walk. Yacht club 5 mins drive. Santa Ponsa town, bars, banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc 5 mins drive or 5 euro taxi ride. Car not essential but recommended.

Further details
Local yacht club (Santa Ponsa), Puerto Adriano for sailing. Also Puerto Portals 15 min by car for marina, shops, 2-star Michelin restaurant (Tristan's). In our opinion, Santa Ponsa town centre is too far to walk unless you are very fit. Wireless PC router availabe on request.

Deposit required at time of booking. Full payment 8 weeks before start date. Breakages security deposit refunded within 7 days of departure. Keyholder and service provider based in Santa Ponsa.
