This beautiful villa is situated just 5 mins drive from some of Ibiza’s most wonderful beaches. Only 25 mins drive to the cosmopolitan capital Ibiza Town. Can Chill is surrounded by wild and colourful gardens with a very large pool newly made and mosaic tiled, with lighting and a fantastic new open sun terrace and covered cabana for lounging with sea and sunset views. In the evening the pool lights and garden lighting allow evening swims and atmospheric dining. There is an idyllic BBQ area with views to sea and over the countryside. The villa is light, cool and airy. Newly renovated with an Asian fusion of trendy and antique furniture gives the villa's interior a unique vibe. Incredible sea views from the interior lounge area plus view to mainland on clear days. Privacy is abundant, all helping to create a peaceful and chilled environment reflected in the given name-Can Chill.

Changeover day is Saturday or Wednesday. But we are always flexible!

| Other: | There is a small chill out corner just off the lounge area by the homely spanish fireplace. |

Linen and towels provided. Beach towels required. Maid service is obligatory at 100 euros (additional cost). Washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Suitable for 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds (one room leading out to terrace with double arched doors) and one with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms-1 complete and one half with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped include. dishwasher and opens out to the living room area with chill out space. Asian fusion of trendy and antique furniture gives the interior a unique vibe. Villa is very secure with gates on all windows and doors.

Outside
Incredible sunset views from entire plot. Borders on hillside nature reserve with wild gardens-full of cacti and colour. New 10 x 4m pool with night lighting, outdoor shower, chill out cabana, sun-beds and hammocks. The attractively shaped pool and open and covered terrace area is very big and affords full views to the sea and sunsets. There is a large covered terrace and one large open terrace that looks over the BBQ area with fantastic views across the sea (on clear days the mainland Spain can sometimes be seen!!). It has a huge attractive table with ample seating for 8 people it is the perfect spot for daytime and evening dining, accompanied by many chill-out areas.
Coast/Beach
4 min drive, 15 min walk to the nearest beach.
Very close by are several beautiful beaches. Our favourites are Cala Conta (4 min), Cala Codolar (4 min), Atlantis (10 min), Cala Conta (spectacular sunsets on the beach and on the cliffs above). Good family resorts are Cala Tarida (4 min), Cala Bassa (7 min) and Cala Moli (4 min) (watersport rentals), these all have shallow water, restaurants and amenities.
Travel
Nearest international airport: Ibiza at 10 miles (20 minutes away). There is a good bus service. Taxis are available and a people carrying service. Car hire companies can be recommended with collection from the airport. A car is recommended.
Further details
Road to villa is a bumpy dirt road-approx. 2-3 min drive. All cars manage with care. Just 20 mins from the airport. 25 minutes to Ibiza Town and 10 minutes to Sant Antonio. 7 minutes to the very pretty village of Sant Josep. Sant Josep has a supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy, boutiques and several local and very good restaurants-try the best pizza on the island at Can Verge. Close to many beautiful beaches.
Booking notes
Damage/security deposit to be agreed and paid with balance (minimum 500e), returnable when villa is cleaned and checked. Christmas and New Year bookings are negotiable. Block bookings or long-term lets are negotiable. Please remember to calculate the additional cost of 100euros to your final booking amount for maid service.
