Notes on accommodation
Apartment 1, 2 and 3 are suitable for 2 to 4 persons. Children are welcome but sorry no pets. All apartments are air conditioned, and have all electrical equipment ie, fridge, washing maching, iron & board, microwave, TV, Hifi, DVD, Satellite, Internet access etc. This traditional building unfortunately does not have a lift or wheelchair access.

Outside
There is a shared sun terrace at the top of the building with amazing views day and night.

Coast/Beach
Palma beach is approx 20 minutes walk away.

Golf
Many golf courses to choose from locally.

Travel
Palma Airport is a 15 minute drive in car. Taxi will cost around 18 euros (dependant on passengers and luggage) from airport. A local bus service is also available (4 buses an hour, from airport to Palma Old Town).

Distances
This apartment is situated in a sought after location next door to the famous catherdral. A few minutes walk to the centre of Palma and all the amenities. No car required all access to restaurants, bars, shops, banks, super markets are within walking distance.

Further details
10 minutes on modern clean public transport to the large beach of Palma.

Non returnable 20% deposit paid by direct bank transfer, required at the time of booking and full payment must be paid 3 weeks prior to the holiday.
