Ideal for one couple, or 1 couple with child over 7 years.

Wood stove heating or electric. Cottage is on a stone pathway that boarders a mountain stream with many fruit trees. Overlooks the village of Deia and sea, in a quiet residential part of the village. Very convenient to everything, so no car is really necessary. Short walk up and down hill and buses are available to transport to Palma, Soller and Valdamossa every two hours.

Accessibility
Resident parking is available down the hill in green marked spaces. Lots of great hiking trails in the area. There is a beautiful stone pathway to the cottage or the road, then a small walk. The cottage is nestled on the hill overlooking the village and the sea. Daytime arrivals are preferred, as the house is a bit difficult to find after dark.

Cottage is on a stone pathway that boarders a mountain stream with lemon, orange and plum trees. Overlooks the village of Deia and sea.

35 minutes walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive.

Cottage is a two minute walk to main street of village. Many great resturants and outdoor cafes with music to choose from. ATM available in the village, grocery, bakery, and pharmacy located within 5 min walk. Peace and tranquility is recommended for guests staying in the cottage.
