There are ceiling fans in all rooms, satellite TV, hifi, DVD and a built-in barbecue. It has a new fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and all expected kitchen equipment. Both existing bathrooms have been completely renewed. New floor tiles have been laid to the whole villa, along with new electrics, new wardrobes and doors. The swimming pool is fitted with a heater. The property can accommodation a maximum of 8/9 people. It is situated within 15 mins of a lovely beach and only mins away from restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Binibeca centre is a 5 mins walk.

A swimming pool is fitted with a heater which is switched on from February - end of June and Mid September - December.

Bookings taken on Saturdays, £150 secures booking, balance 6 weeks prior to departure. Damage deposit of £200 with final invoice. Pool heating not included in prices. Pool heating is £100 per week and pool will be kept at 28C
