The apartments are situated on the picturesque area of San Agustin, right alongside the seashore where one can appreciate the most incredible sunsets. Port promenade, boat ferries, local restaurants, beach restaurant bars and shops which are only 2 minutes walk away. Wonderful for seashore walks and watch the most incredible day activities, even from the terraces 180º views to all! Quiet during the day and night but if you wish to see a bit of entertainment by all means, there is hotel entertainment and karaoke all around, but not in the building itself, so your sleep is assured. Ideal for families, romantic couples and for the elderly or infirm as there are no steps, the apartments are all on one level. There are also 2 very large lifts, and apart from the entrance steps there is also a long large ramp for wheelchair access. Ideal for all and they are one of the best located apartments in Ibiza! Higene standard. One of the best, as all is new and fully equipped!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
To make a reservation it is necessary to deposit 30% now & the rest on arrival. We also ask for 300 euros deposit on arrival which is given back on day of departure once the keys are handed over. Time of arrival from 14hrs, posibly earlier,, Thank you!

Notes on accommodation
There is a community pool below and private car park. The apartments are great for family use or for a group of friends or for romantic couples. We accept weekly seasonal for all year round rentals too. Ideal area for walks along the sea front, also ideal to escape the typical English Traditional Christmas. Come for a few weeks or even a few months during the winter and relax from all that hard stress! There are the most incredible, beautiful walks right along the sea front, which is like a mill pond at times and walk all the way into the port itself (watch the little boats come and go, people fishing…).Feel the lovely white sand beneath your feet, all of this has definitely got to be good for the health! There are plenty of places opposite the building such as a gorgeous beach right next door, restaurants that also do menus and normal Mediterranean food. There is no need at all to hire a car, everything’s in walking distance! Look forward to meeting you in the near future!

Outside
Pleasant entrance as can be seen in one of the photos. Swimming pool with sunbeds which are put out every morning from 8am until 9.30pm.
Coast/Beach
Beach less than 2 mins walk (10m), jet skiis, water slides and blown up castles & dragons etc available. Cala Conta beach 4km. but if you do not wish to take the bus or taxi,, you have the ferry boats just on the right hand side of the building, by the beach,, which will take you to all the other different beaches & town that you wish to go to!
Golf
There is a golf course called Roca Lisa and can be found at approx 17km.
Special interest holidays
Come & enjoy the countryside with its fields of snow white almond blossom from early February onwards. Visit all the small Ibicican villages & try their delicious Mediterranean meals throughtout all the year & even hire a car to see the real natural beauty that the island has to offer, even in the winter months,

There is a chemist, chinese restaurants, other restaurants, mini golf, shops all within walking distance. Water skiing is just next door, banana, doughnut, jet skiis etc and parachuting skiing for those you dare to try something new.
