Our ground floor apartment is in a fantastic location directly overlooking the sophisticated International Marina with its many superb restaurants and bars. Alternatively a pleasurable stroll around the marina stopping to admire the impressive yachts and power boats will lead you into the pedestrianised resort centre of Cala D'Or with its lively family friendly atmosphere and numerous restaurants and bars. Within walking distance are a choice of 3 beautiful safe sandy beaches, or to avoid walking you can catch the mini train which stops to the front of the apartments every hour. A second mini train will take you to the National Park area and stunning Mondrego beach. There is a shop conveniently located opposite the apartments for groceries etc.

Changeover day
In peak times changeover day is Saturday.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge has double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, CD player. The dining area adjoining the living room has large table and 4 chairs. Full dual air con/heating. The lounge has double doors leading out to the terrace. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Linen, towel change and cleaning on a weekly basis. Visit during first couple of days from Corinne who looks after the apartment to anwer any questions etc. Basic starter grocery pack included. |
Notes on accommodation
There are only 24 apartments in the complex, most are not available for rental. The pool area therefore is never overcrowded and sunbeds are plentiful. There is a hotel across a small and quiet road with a children’s play area, snack bar and pool table, many of our guests have used these facilities. The marina is reached via steps approx 100 yards from the apartment. The apartment is perfectly situated with Marina to hand, Cala D'Or centre convenient yet not too close to be a nuisance and beaches within easy reach, with all this on its doorstep the development still maintains an air of exclusiveness and peacefulness.
Outside
The large terrace has a table and 6 chairs and 2 full cushioned sun-beds. The terrace is partly covered for shade. The terrace leads down to the palmed communal gardens and pool area with shared pool and plenty of sunbeds. The terrace boasts the most spectecular view of the marina, it is a pleasure to sit and watch the spectacular boats come in and out.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Cala D'Or, Cala Gran and Es Forti are within walking distance although you may wish to stop half way for a drink in the heat of the day. Alternatively you can catch the mini train that stops outside the apartment on the hour to take you right to Cala Gran beach or near to Cala d'or Cala Esmerelda or Cala Fererra beaches. The Marina mini train will take you to the National Park and beach of Cala Mondrego. The beaches are safe sandy coves with turquoise waters, ideal for children.
Golf
The superb Val D'or Golf club is a 10 min drive. Clubs and equipment available for hire.
Travel
Nearest airport Palma approx 50 minute drive. Car-hire not essential. Taxi transfer can be arranged.
