Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Winter rates: 1-2 weeks 700 Euros per week. 3 weeks total 2000 Euros. 1 month total 2500 Euros.
There is a returnable breakage deposit of 500 euros (or equivalent) to be paid in cash, on arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday during the main season.
This can vary in the early and late season.
Departure from the villa 10h and arrival not before 14h, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

This villa sleeps 6 people + baby cot. There are 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has a shower-toilet en suite. The main double bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower unit, bidet and wash basin. The lounge-dining room also opens directly onto the pool terrace and has a TV, Satelite, DVD, CD-radio and fireplace. The recently renovated kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, large fridge freezer etc. |

Notes on accommodation
There a fans in all bedrooms and there is a safe available. The houses is also centrally heated for winter lets. A maid comes for 2 hours, 2 days a week plus end cleaning. Towels are changed twice a week and sheets once a week. Beach towels are not provided. The private pool in each house is 90cm in the shallow end and 210cm at the deepest point.
Baby cots and highchairs are available on request.

Outside
Surrounded by a small wood on the northern side and mature gardens and lawns to the south east. Each house has a 12m x 6m private pool, attractive sun bathing area, eating nook, BBQ and outside shower.
There is plenty of parking space in front of each villa.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are approx. a 10 minute car ride away.
Most are sandy and ideal for children.
Golf
There is an 18 hole Golf Course on the island. It is about a 20 minutes in the car from the villas. Water sports of all sorts are available at the beaches. There are a terrific selection of excellent restaurants at the beaches and all over the island. Night life on the island is famous!
Travel
It is advisable to hire a car, although not absolutely necessary as the village of San Jose is only 5 mins walk away from the villa. We can arrange car hire from the airport, if requested, at reasonable prices.
Distances
San Jose Village with all its amenities, i.e. banks shops, resaurants, bars etc. is only 500m down a country road. Very handy for getting the fresh rolls for breakfast.
San Antonio 12km. Ibiza Town 15km. Airport 10km.
Booking notes
50% of the total rent is required upon reservation, by bank transfer, the rest is payable, on arrival. There is also a returnable breakage deposit - also payable in cash, on arrival - of 500 Euros (or Equiv.)
