Changeover day
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible with regard to arrival and departure days and do not insist on solely Saturday to Saturday lets.

The complex of 8 apartments is suitable for children as it is fully enclosed by high level fencing and automated and lockable gates.
Outside
There is an external sun terrace which is accessible via the lounge or bedroom 2 which overlooks the communal gardens and large pool, and benefits from a large table and 6 chairs.
There is provision for 2 off-road parking spaces in front of the apartment behind automated gates.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of 2 beaches, both of which are suitable for children, there are also many beautiful beaches within a 15 minute drive of the apartment such as Cala Mondrago and Cala Santanyi.
Golf
The excellent Val D'Or golf club is approimately 15 mins drive from the apartment, and boasts stunning panoramic views, excellent clubhouse and restaurant.
Travel
Palma airport is approximately 45 mins drive from the apartment by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the local attractions, beaches and authentic local villages such as Cala Figuera.
Distances
The apartment is in Cala Egos which has many facilities including restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, banks, chemist, doctors surgery and children's play area. For greater diversity Cala D'Or is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk around the picturesque marina.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking plus a £200 refundable breakage deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage occurring. The balance of the payment being due 8 weeks prior to your stay. Please note no smoking is permitted within the apartment, smoking should be confined to the sun terrace or external communal areas.
