Living Rooms: Large living/dining area with 10 seater corner sofa. Air conditioning, real log fireplace, LCD TV, DVD player, satellite TV, view of front lawn and terrace through double patio doors in lounge. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Other: Tiled floors ground floor, Marble flooring upstairs. All outside walkways and terraces lit. Dining table, 6 chairs, parasol at poolside, 4 wicker chairs and coffee table, foot stool on front terrace. Patio table, loungers and chairs on roof terrace.

Accessibility
Bedroom 2 and 3 and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The master bedroom and roof terraces are accessed via outside staircase.

Private garden and lawn to front of property, pool and planted borders with newly planted shrubs and palms (2006) to rear of property. Built in BBQ and dining area with large table and 6 chairs. Pool sun loungers, lilos and pool toys etc.

Coast/Beach
There are 2 beaches within a few minutes walk from the villa as an alternative to lounging around the pool. More beaches in Cala D'or and surrounding coves. All safe for children. Beach bars and restaurants nearby.

Golf
The beautiful Vall D'Or golf course is only a 10 mins drive. This is an 18 hole course with excellent fairways and greens. It has some brilliant sea views. The clubhouse is very well equipped with a large bar / restaurant and lovely sun terrace overlooking the course, with the sea behind. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing drink after your round. Club hire, trolley & buggy hire are available. There is also a shop, driving range and putting green. The course is open 12 months of the year. Booking is advisable during the busier months. The Calonge Gold Club is about a 15 minute drive.

Travel
45 minutes drive from Palma airport. Approx 29 miles. taxi and car hire available at airport. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Distances
2 minutes to beaches, 5 minutes to Cala Egos centre, with shopping, bars and restaurants. Cala D'or and marina only 5 minute drive. Bus or road train available to many local destinations.

Booking notes
20% deposit (non-refundable) is payable on booking to confirm reservation, with balance due 6 weeks before day of departure.
