Upstairs is a twin bedroom with en-suite wc/shower and dressing-room. Outside is the sun terrace, BBQ area, pool and garden. Air-conditioning in lounge and bedrooms (extra).

There is a terraced garden at the front of the house. The pool is 4x8m in an egg shape and the terrace is a closed in private area with 6 sunbeds, to the side of it is the BBQ area with a table for 8. At the back of the house is a patio and garden area that is walled in.

Various of the nicest beaches, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, are only a 10mins drive away.

Ibiza airport is 12km away. San Antonio port is 8km away and Ibiza port is 14km away.
