Located in the northern countryside this beautiful Ibiza villa is magnificent and luxurious. An original Ibizan Finca that has been renovated to absolute splendour, keeping many of the original features such as the authentic beams in the ceilings, which are shown off by an array of different lighting effects. Set on two floors, the downstairs offers three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with a TV, each bedroom is classically furnished to a very high standard and has its own private entrance to the pool area.

Changeover day
Changeover day will be mainly Sunday although this can sometimes be flexible only in low season, we usually check-out at 10:00am and check-in after 15:00pm.

| Kitchen: | The open plan kitchen is modern and well equipped including a big professional cooker with gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and exercise bike. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with two easy chairs, DVD player, stereo and satellite TV. A staircase leads you to a cosy sitting room with a sofa that can be used as an extra single bed if required, a large TV, DVD player, Satellite and a fantastic view into the countryside. |
| Other: | Alarm system and safe. Electric gates, 4 TV, satellite, video intercom, 2 barbecues, small children's play area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All the bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and linen change is offered for free once a week unless otherwise requested. Pool cleaning will be done at least once a week or more. |

The pool is very large and there is a big sundeck area all the way around with high quality comfortable sun beds and parasols. There is an outside kitchen, dining area and barbeque located in the pool area. Around the other side of the house you will find a children’s play area and another outside kitchen with a second barbecue and a wood burning pizza oven.
Coast/Beach
4-5 minute walking distance from Cala San Vicente beach - one of the largest sandy beaches of Ibiza with fantastic clear waters. A beautiful holiday resort that attracts tourists of many different nationalities best part of the island for clear water. Also 5 minutes drive from Agua Blanca Beach.
Golf
20 minutes drive from Ibiza golf course.
Travel
30 minutes drive from Ibiza airport.
We can arrange airport pickup people carrier/car hire.
Car hire during your holiday is also recommended.
Distances
1 minute drive from San Vicente village where there are supermarkets and shops and 20 minutes drive from Ibiza Town.

Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% can be paid on your arrival. Security deposit of 1000 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages refundable when property will be inspected.
