Can Romani is the perfect property for 2 families enjoying their holiday together, but keeping their privacy. Sleeps 4 to 8 persons (4 bedrooms, 2 per apartment). The house is on 2 levels situated in Cala Vadella, comprising of 2 self contained apartments. Within a 10 minutes walk or a 2 minute drive to the sheltered bay, with an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes lining the sandy beach. The sunsets are particularly beautiful to watch either from the beach, or from the rocky cliffs overhanging the sea. There are local supermarkets in both Cala Vadella and towards Cala Carbo, less than 2 minutes drive away, and a bus stop into Ibiza town is within 500 meters.

Notes on accommodation
The villa/apartment is cleaned before your arrival. Fresh linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided for the duration of your rental. Additional cleaning is available at an extra charge.
Tap water is not suitable for drinking or cooking. As in other areas of Ibiza the water is only partially desalinated. Bottled water is available from local supermarket. We ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the apartments. Amenities/Facilities provided: hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, laundry service, satellite TV, DVD, CD, hairdryer, Cot, room fans, child gate (ground floor apartment) and BBQ.
Outside
Sun loungers and hammock for relaxing and listening to the Cicadas in the mature Mediterranean garden, with fantastic views of the surrounding hills.
A sunny terrace at the top of the garden, ideal for having breakfast or lunch, seating 4 people. Large table seating 6-8 people under a pine tree at the front of the villa, with BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Cala Vadella has 2 diving schools, water sports are available from many of the local beaches. A protected bay with a large sandy beach and shallow waters close to the shore, popular with families.
A wide choice of beaches are less than a 10 minutes drive away Cala Tarida, Cala Moli, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo and Cala D'Hort…
Travel
Ibiza Airport 20km or 15 minute drive. Car hire recommended for exploring the island.
Distances
1 min by car or 10min on foot to Cala Vadella beach. 10 minutes to San Jose, 15 minutes to San Antonio, 20 minutes to Ibiza town.
Booking notes
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, payable by electronic transfer. The balance and the security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit of Euro 700 (house) or Euro 350 (apartment) will be returned in full, providing there have been no breakages or damage to the property, and return of the keys. Reservations made within 8 weeks of holiday start date require full payment at the time of booking.
