The complex is immersed in a landscaped garden of local plants and also boasts a large residents’ swimming pool. Our apartments are both on the ground floor and benefit by having their own private gardens. The whole complex are is closed off to the public ensuring complete privacy. The apartments are fully air conditioned and situated next door to each other, ideal for bigger groups. El Puerto is minutes walk away from good restaurants and the beaches in Cala D'Or. This makes El Puerto one of the best situated, private and secluded complexes in the area.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival times after 2pm and checkout before 10am on day of departure.
Notes on accommodation
Both apartments and loacted on the ground floor and next door to each other, great for bigger parties. Children are welcome, and both suitable for elderly or infirm due to no stairs. Non smokers please and no pets welcome, sorry.
Outside
Each apartment have thier own large patio and grassed garden, perfect for sunbathing and evening barbecues. All of the apartments within the complex are built around the communal swimming pool, this is a reasonable size with small shallow area for younger children.
Golf
Golf Information Playa Marina lies approximate 10 minutes (car) away from the golf course Vall D'Or Golf, one of the most attractive golf courses on Majorca. In addition, the golf courses Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are reachable by car very good - an ideal starting point for a pleasant and varied golf vacation.
Travel
Palma is the nearest airport which is appox 65km away. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
Cala D'Or Marina is 200m away, and the town is about 20 mins walk.

Notes to the rental rates: The shown rates per apartment include the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water, bed linen and towels will be changed each week. Towels and bed linen can be changed at more regular intervals if needed, but this will be subject to an extra charge which can be arranged at the time of booking. A refundable Security deposit of £200.00 will be required and will be returned within 7 days of your return, following confirmation of no damage. A deposit of 30% of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. There is no cancellation charge up until this point. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 3-4 weeks 20% of rate refunded. Less than 3 weeks no refund. The apartments are available at approx. 2pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the apartment. On departure please leave the apartment, clean and tidy by latest 10am.
