Further details
The apartment is in fantastic location, close to all amenities but very quiet area. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
Just 2 mins walk in front of the apartment is the cosmopolitan Marina Botafoch with upmarket shops and wonderful restaurants, cafes.
Behind the apartment is the lovely sandy beach of Talamanca.
5-10 mins walk to the night clubs of Pacha and El Divino although no noise!
Booking notes
To book the apartment we require 30% of the total rental cost payable by bank transfer.
Remaining 70% and a security deposit from 1200 to 1500 euros (or equivalent in UK Pounds)depending of the season and nșof people payable on arrival. This deposit is to be paid back in full on departure, providing nothing has been damaged in the property.
