The apartments is in a much sought after location in the heart of Santa Ponsa. The main shopping area is only a 1 min walk away from the apartment where there are many bars, restaurants and gift shops. The beach is the same distance which is about 200 meters. The area around the Playa Golf is very flat and the apartment is on the ground floor with wheel chair access. It is ideally suited to both couples or families with young children or members of the family who have difficulty in walking. The apartment is at the front of the complex and looks out directly over the pool area, however, young children would be quite safe as there is no direct access to the pool from the apartment. This apartment would be ideal for anyone wishing to be very close to all Santa Ponsa has to offer whilst still requiring a little less noise at night.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Rates are based on 6 people sharing and there is no discount for under occupancy even in the winter months. Please note that we only take bookings from families no all male or female parties, singles or couples under the age of 25 years.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Access to the apartment on arrival is after 4pm and depature is before 11am. During the months of Oct untill end of May any changeover day can be considered for arrival and departure.
| Bedrooms: | The apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds and fitted wardrobe. The lounge has a double size bed settee. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite bathroom has a WC, bidet, wash hand basin and a shower over the bath with shower screen enclosure. The shower room has a walk in shower with shower curtain around, wash hand basin and a WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped which includes a full sized electric oven and 4 ring hob , microwave, toaster and kettle. |
| Utility Room: | Full size Fridge/Freezer ,washing machine, iron and ironing board and outside clothes dryer/airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has seating for up to 6 people including a double bed settee and 2 easy chairs. Also provided are Free View Chanells with Sky TV, BBC1 BBC2 HTV etc, DVD, VCR players and a music system. You can bring your own SKY card for more Sky options. |
| Other: | The separate dining area includes a table and chairs for 6 people. Please note that this is a non smoking appartment. Please not that this appartment sleeps up to 6 adults and any additional guests would have to pay a supplement of £30 per week. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned at the begining of your holiday. A highchair, cot and bedding can be hired for £45. |
Notes on accommodation
Only residents and guests can gain access to the complex and pool area via a security gate. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped for your stay. It is ideally suited to both couples and families with young children and members of the family who have difficulty in walking. The apartment is at the front of the building on the ground floor forward and looks out directly over the pool area. However, young children should be quite safe as there is no direct access to the pool from the apartments private balcony area. This apartment would be ideal for anyone wishing to be very close to all Santa Ponsa has to offer whilst still requiring a little less noise at night.
During the quieter letting months we can offer an extesion at the appartment untill 6pm on departure day for an additional payment of £30 (normal check out time is 11am) please ask for details.
A cot and high chair can be provided for the duration of your stay for an additional cost of £30.
Accessibility
The nearby surrounding area of the complex is very flat for walking. The apartment is on the ground floor with wheel chair access. There is a purpose built concrete ramp at the entrance of the complex and from then on a flat surface straight through to the apartment.
When this apartment block was originally built it was designed with the older generation in mind with very few steps and is easily walkable inside and outside the building and surrounding areas.
Outside
A table and 6 chairs are provided on the balcony area. 2 dedicated sun loungers, 2 patio chairs, a small table and parasole with base are provided around the pool area for your sole use and with no extra charge. Children must be accompanied by a responsable adult at all times at the pool and pool area as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Please be advised that from November until the end of March the pool and pool area are not in use and all sun loungers are removed.
Coast/Beach
Only 200 meters from the apartment Santa Ponsa has an excellent beach for swimming, water sports and sunbathing with rentable sun beds and straw parasols.
Golf
Golf has become one of the main attractions of visitors to Mallorca due mainly to the excellent facilities and courses. There are currently 21 courses on the island, the nearest to Santa Ponsa being ‘Poniente GC’ which is only 5 mins away by car. The excellent climate and conditions allows golf to be played throughout the whole year, so consider this if booking a golfing holiday during the low (cheaper) season.
Travel
Santa Ponsa is south west of the island and approx 10 miles from Palma. It is about 20 mins in a car or taxi both of which can be hired very easily at Palma Airport. A bus is also available.
Further details
There are many bars and restaurants offering a variety of local and British fare with music and entertainment. Many supermarkets are within easy walking distance offering local and British produce such as bacon, sausages, real bread and of course ‘Heinz baked beans’ if required but not compulsory. A post office and English speaking doctors and dentists are also in Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is only 3 miles away from Palma Nova and Magalluf. Many attractions can be found here such as the Western water park, Aqua land and the very famous 'Pirates Adventure' music and extravaganza show, a great day out for both children and adults alike. Tickets for this show can be found at the many outlets around Santa Ponsa. Jet Ski hire, water skiing and banana rides can be found at Santa Ponsa and Magalluf beaches. There are many outdoor markets around the island on various days of the week where you can pick up local fresh produce and maybe snap up a bargain or two.
All of these attractions can be reached in a taxi taking about 15 mins and costing around 7.5 euros about £5. There is also a very good bus service available which is reasonably priced. For all the young adults of your family, bars and nightclubs stay open until approx 5 a.m.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total amount of your holiday will be required at the time of your booking. The balance including the £250 security bond is required 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, or at the time of booking which ever is sooner. If you need to cancel your booking once final payment has been made no refund will be offered and any refund owed claimed back from your own travel insurance which we strongly recommend you purchase at the time of your holiday booking.
