Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned throughout. Travel cot, high chairs, strollers, child buggy etc to avoid extra carriage, available upon request.
Accessibility
Accessibility is good for all age groups due to the close proximity of all local amenities.
Outside
The private garden has a patio supplied with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbeque. Visible from the villa's private garden, are situated the pools and communal garden areas. The villa's 2 roof terraces overlook the gardens and pools and are ideal for private sunbathing and relaxing.
Coast/Beach
Stunning beaches of Es Forti, Cala D'Or and Cala Gran amongst others are locally walked in 5 - 10 mins. Further afield Cala Mondrago, Portopetro are reached within a 5 - 10 min car / taxi ride and well worth a visit. The Cala D’Or'r express road train is ideal for children and adults alike to explore the local area and coast line (timetables available in villa information pack).
Golf
The Val D'Or 18 hole golf course is only a 10 mins drive away from the villa.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca airport is approx 60km in distance and is reached by road in 40 - 45 mins. Car hire is not essential as taxi's are in abundance at Palma airport to ferry you to the villa. Car hire and locally arranged taxi's are available for sightseeing and days out.
Distances
Cala D'Or town is reached in 15 mins walk around the marina. Cala Egos is 5 mins walk, and contains supermarkets bars and restaurants. Caves of Drach are 15 mins away by car. Numerous coastal towns are within 20 mins drive along the east coast and all well worth a visit.
Further details
For the more energetic, Aqua city is 30 mins by car and Marine Land is 50 mins away. Numerous boat trips and activities are available locally.
Booking notes
Prices shown are for the villa per week and includes the use of a safety deposit box, weekly cleaning, and change of linen / towels. A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and the balance is due four weeks prior to departure. A returnable security deposit of £150.00 is also required with the balance, this is returned upon return of keys etc.
