This recently modernised villa located on the south western coast of Ibiza is comfortable and well equipped for all your holidaying needs. The villa is west facing and enjoys sunshine from early morning until late evening. The villa also backs on to nature reserve. Ideal & safe villa for families with small children. Only 5-10 mins walk to beaches, bars, cafe's and restaurants. Secluded BBQ area to entertain yourselves throughout those summer nights. The large terraces at the front of the house have another eating area and looks out on to our Ibicencan style garden & sea views.

Changeover day is a Thursday. Arrival is after 16.00hrs and departure by 10.00am, unless otherwise agreed.

Coast/Beach
4 min drive, 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Very close by are several beautiful beaches. Our favorites are Cala Codolar (4 min), Cala Conta (4 min, spectacular sunsets on the beach and on the cliffs above). Good family resorts are Cala Tarida (4 min), Cala Bassa (7 min) and Cala Moli (8 min, watersport rentals), these all have shallow water, restaurants and amenities.
Travel
Nearest international airport: Ibiza at 20 miles (30 minutes away). There is a good bus service to local town. Taxis are available. Car hire companies can be recommended with collection from the airport. A car is recommended.

10 mins drive to San Jose and San Augustin Villages.
15 mins drive to San Antonio town.
25 mins drive to Ibiza town.

The island offers many other activities such as, cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, relaxing or whatever your heart desires all close by. Booking notes
To book this property, we require 50% of the total rent payable by electronic bank transfer. Balance and security deposit of £500 due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The deposit will be paid back in full to the guest, providing that nothing has been damaged to the property. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
