The apartment has two terraces offering fantastic views to the port gardens and the pool. It has quick easy access to the pool and gardens (half a dozen steps to pool and garden). Large gardens which are well established and well maintained. A quiet community, all privately owned. The apartment has recently been refurbished offering first class accommodation. Situated on a hillside enjoying fabulous views across the Port of Andratx; it is a 5 minute walk to the yacht club, and a further 5 minute walk to the picturesque port with it's excellent restaurants and shops. It is also within easy reach of good walking trails and a small beach.
