Kitchen: The modern kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave with breakfast bar separating it from the lounge area.
Living Rooms: The lounge area has a sofa bed which can sleep two people and has satellite TV and DVD. It also has a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Cleaning/towels/

The apartment will be cleaned and linen and laundry changed once a week. Additional cleaning may be requested at an additional cost.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area but only a short drive to the stunning sandy beaches of Santa Ponsa (5 min) or Camp de Mar (10min) with many others close by.

Golf
There are a number of fantastic golf courses all within 20 minutes drive including Santa Ponsa, Andratx, Bendinat and Son Vida. The Island has 19 golf courses, none more than 1.5 hours drive away.

Travel
The apartment is situated a 25 minute drive from Palma Airport. It is also only 20 minutes from the centre of the city of Palma and a good base for exploring the entire island with nothing more than a few hours away.

Distances
The local amenities which include a large supermarket stocking many UK brands, a number of banks and a choice of bars and restaurants are all situated in Santa Ponsa a short drive away. (5 minutes by car).
