Golf
Mallorca has some outstanding golf courses. The closest is in Camp de Mar, a 15 minute drive. For the non-golfers, there is a spa within the golf complex.
Santa Ponca has some fantastic courses, 20 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
Walking - Sant Elm is the starting point for many magnificent walks with breath taking views along the way.
Cycling - during the winter months the local area is home to hundreds to cyclists who make their way through the mountains, visiting each town along the way.
Painting - Due to the beautiful, natural scenery Mallorca provides, many artists escape to the island for a few weeks to create stunning works of art.
Boating - there are several sea schools close by where you can complete your ICC in two days or a yachtmasters course in seven days.
Diving - Sant Elm has a diving school which offers numerous diving courses.
Golf - the perfect location for it. Beautifully created and maintained courses with stunning views.
Travel
Palma international airport, with daily flights from around the world, is a 30-40 minute drive.
Palma international port, with ferries to and from all the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain and cruise ships, is a 30 minute drive.
Distances
Sant Elm is on your doorstep with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, tourist information.
S'Arraco is a five minute drive with a couple of good restaurants.
Andratx town is a 10 minute drive with many shops and a wonderful weekly market.
Port Andratx is a 15 minute drive with stunning restaurants, bars and shops.
The city of Palma is a 30 minute drive and has everything that you would expect a great city to have.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 50% deposit is payable on booking.
The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and once the full rental fee has been paid, it is also non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended against cancellations.
