Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Wherever possible the apartment will be available from 12 noon on arrival. On the day of departure the apartment should be vacated by 11am unless otherwise agreed.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms are light and airy.
Bedroom 1 overlooking the terrace has a superking size bed and modern spacious wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has two adjoined single beds, wash basin and plenty of modern spacious wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms: The main bathroom has a great power shower, wc and basin. The second bathroom has a large vanity unit sink, and WC.
Kitchen: Small but well equipped kitchen. 4 ring hob, oven and grill, large fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and an excellent selection of crockery and utensils.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover and all basic utility items.
Living Rooms: The lounge opens onto the terrace through a large sliding door. A 3 seater sofa, TV, DVD and CD player offer an ideal place to chill, out of the hot sun. SKY TV A good selection of books, DVDs and CDs are provided. The room is fully air-conditioned.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Good quality towels are provided together with linen for each guest. Linen and towel change on arrival. Guests staying 14 nights or more will receive a refresh clean and towel and linen change.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is in one of the most favourable locations on the Island. It is quiet, well equipped and easily accessible from the airport. The pool area and gardens are fantastic and an ideal place for lazy days and relaxation. Some great places to visit are just 30 minutes away. Children are welcome, however please note the apartment is reached by a number of stairs which do make it unsuitable for the infirm, elderly or disabled. The apartment is not accessible by wheelchair.

Accessibility
The apartment is not suitable to anyone with mobility problems or wheelchair users. There are a number of steps leading to the apartment.

Outside
The apartment has a really fantastic pool, surrounded by tropical well maintained gardens which incorporate sun loungers and sun unbrellas. The apartment's private terrace has outside dining for 6 people, two sun loungers and a small bench sofa facility overlooking the pool.

Golf
Royal Bendinat, Son Vida, Santa Ponsa golf courses are all within 25 minutes drive. The apartment has private parking for guests hiring a car.

Travel
Palma airport is approx 12 km away. Guests do not need to hire a car unless intending to explore the Island. Everything is located close by and a good local taxi service and bus route are just minutes from the apartment.

Marina Portals is just minutes away, offering great people watching, super yachts, top restaurants and cool bars!

All bookings are subject to availability until secured by a 50% non refundable deposit. A final and second payment of 50% is required 30 days prior to departure by bank transfer. Discounts for long stay, Winter and Autumn guests are available on request. It is highly recommended that all guests take out full holiday insurance at the time of booking to cover medical, travel and cancellation eventualities.
