Notes on accommodation
This is a completely original house from the beginning of the 18th century. It is bursting with features and fittings usually found in museums or public houses. Due to the owner wishing to maintain the character and integrity of the property, please be aware that some guests may not be used to houses of this condition and allow for old fashioned, basic living. There is 500.000 liter water pool, to irrigate all vegetation that will be transformed into a pool next season. Guests are advised to call and ask questions before booking. We do allow well behaved pets. The owner speaks perfect English and would be delighted to answer any questions.

Coast/Beach
Port of Andratx, 5km (Cala Llamp, Cala D'egos, Cala Moragues). All the 3 mentioned, outstanding clear water, lots of water life as it is so clean. Camp de Mar, 4km. S'Arracó, 4km. San Telmo, 7km (Cala Conills, Dragonera Island, Cala Blanca). Santa Ponsa, 10km. Palma Nova, Magalluf, Puerto Portals, Palma of Mallorca. All this places no more than 30km from the house.
From this town to the opposite town of the island would take you 90 minutes by car at the most.
Golf
Camp de Mar, Santa Ponsa and Bendinat golf courses, no more than 20 minutes by car.
Special interest holidays
Walking, trekking, sightseeing, mountain biking, most mountain sports and road biking. All water sports. Perfect for artists, writers and anyone wanting a unique peaceful place to stay.
Travel
Airport Son Sant Joan, 35km.
During the summer it's better to hire a car as it get really hot. These days we have an average temperature of 32 degrees Celsius (between 85 - 90 Farenheit).

The centre of Andratx town is within 15 mins walk. For any other questions, go to any Mallorca site and you will be informed about everything you want to kwow. Too many to write them all down.
