2 flats, one above the other, excellent for groups of friends who wish to holiday together. Located in a private complex, overlooking lovely gardens with direct access to the sea. On waters edge, although not part of the community, there is a bar/restaurant normally prised by our guests and nearby a small pebble beach. One of the flats has a view of the sea from the balcony. It is a marvellous family resort. San Telmo (Sant Elm) is situated on the south west coast of Mallorca about 40 km from Palma and 8 km from Andratx. This small village by the sea, surrounded by the Islands of Pantaleu and La Dragonera offers beautiful scenery. La Dragonera was declared a natural reserve in 1995, and can be visited crossing the channel. Dominating the village on a hill is the tower of Sant Elm where James II constructed the mariner's hospital. A lovely area for cycling, nautical sports, nature walks, trekking, etc. Could include a visit to the deserted monastery of La Trapa (1810).

The apartments are equipped with air-conditioning/heating. All linen is provided except towels for the beach. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after departure. A change of linen is provided once a week.

Outside
The apartments are located in a private complex, and overlook the lovely gardens from which there is a direct access to the sea. On the waters edge, although not part of the community, there is a bar/restaurant normally prised by our guests and nearby a small pebble beach. Sunbeds can be hired by the sea with them.

Coast/Beach
San Telmo has a lovely sandy beach about a 6 mins walk from the apartments. There is direct access to a small pebble beach very near the flats.

Golf
There are golf courses at Camp de Mar (aprox. 25 min) and at Santa Ponsa (aprox. 35 min) by car.

Travel
The airport in Palma is about a 50 mins drive and the port is about 35 mins aprox. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
San Telmo is about 8 km from Andratx and 40 km from Palma.

Further details
Big variety of restaurants and shops can be found in Port of Andratx, 10 mins drive away. Every Wednesday morning there is a colourful open air market in the town of Andratx. There is also a big supermarket, on the left hand side of the road, next to the petrol station on entering the town of Andratx from Palma. San Telmo is a small village with a few shops, a bank, chemist, etc. There are no discos.
