Pueblo Esparragos is a complex of about 130 privately owned apartments built on a hillside overlooking the pine clad hills and the bay of Cala Llonga. No 4 Guardiana is set at the end of a row of apartments, quietly located yet close to one of the shared pools. The complex includes two swimming pools each with its own bar/cafe attached. There is a pub called the Bunch of Grapes and an excellent restaurant, Wild Asparagus. As the Pueblo is built on a hillside, there are steps to and from the apartments and amenities. The complex also has a laundry and small shop. The village of Cala Llonga which has a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away and a further 5 minute walk takes you to the beach which is considered one of the safest on the island for families with children. Nearby you will find a riding school as well as Ibiza's beautiful golf club. The town of Sta Eulalia is only about 5 km away and easily accessible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and balcony overlooking the patio and a view towards the sea.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Bedroom 3 is slightly separate, across an enclosed courtyard and has its own en suite shower room.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with shower is located on between bedrooms 1 and 2 and has a bath with shower above and wc.
Bathroom two is en suite to bedroom 3 and has a shower and wc.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob and fridge with freezer compartment.
Living Rooms: The living area downstairs has double sliding doors opening onto the patio. There is a small open plan kitchen with cooking facilities and a bar top overlooking the dining and very comfortable sitting area which has a radio and CD player.
Other: The first two bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and balcony overlooking the view, the second bedroom has twin beds. To get to the third bedroom with its en suite shower room you walk across the small enclosed courtyard.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is cleaned before and after arrival and clean bed linen and towels are provided each week. Please bring own beach towels.

The beach at Cala Llonga is a 10 minute walk from the Pueblo through Cala Llonga village. It is considered one of the safest beaches in Ibiza, Cala Llonga is a beautiful wide cove with white sandy beach.

Golf
The beautiful 27 hole Roca Llisa Golf Course is only about 5 minutes drive from Cala Llonga.
