Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the rental must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. Full payment is due at the time of booking if within 8 weeks of departure date. A security deposit of £500 (750 euros) against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
Changeover day
We prefer a Saturday to Saturday change over, however we try to be flexiblewhere possible. The villa is available from 16.00hrs on the day of arrival, and guests should vacate by 10.00hrs on the morning of departure.

| Bedrooms: | Bedrooms 1 and 2 comprises of double beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, TVs, and French doors onto terrace. Bedroom 3 comprises of twin single beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 comprises of a single bed and a double bed with fitted wardrobes and TV. |
| Bathrooms: | There is an en-suite to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc and hand basin. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and hand basin. One is situated on the lower floor along with the bedrooms. The other is on the first floor. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Also has a large dining table seating 6 people, plus a high chair. Access to the terrace with sea views. |
| Utility Room: | Includes washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a comfortable three piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player with surround sound, CD player and PlayStation. Large French doors opening on to terrace area. Air-conditioning. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided (except for beach towels). The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis and fresh linen and towels are provided. For 2 week stays, linen and towels are changed on the Saturday also. |

Sandy beach at Puerto Portals, which is a 5 min drive away. Lovely beaches also at Palmanova, Magaluf, Portals Vell, Illetes, all within a 10/15 min drive.
Golf
Mallorca offers a superb selection of golf courses. Real golf de Bendinat is an 18 hole golf course, just a few mins drive away from Costa D’en Blanes. Also, Santa Ponsa and Andratx golf course at Camp de Mar is only a short drive away.
Travel
15 minutes to Palma International Airport.
