This second floor apartment has views of the harbour and it is in an ideal position for access to the many top quality restaurants, bars and cafes in the port. The apartment has central heating and is air-conditioned, it also has a private, underground parking space and shared pool.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Normal arrival time is after 3pm and departure by 10am. This is flexible if possible and by prior arrangement.

| Living Rooms: | There is a good size lounge and dining area with 3 seater and 2 seater settees, a modern dining table and chairs for 4 people and matching modern coffee table and sideboard. There is a flat screen TV with Sky television (Free channels), a DVD/CD player. |

All linen and towels are provided (except beach towels). A refresh clean and change of linen and towels will be provided on a weekly basis for stays of 2 weeks or more. |

Outside
El Faro is a small community of 18 apartments sharing a large pool and extensive sun-bathing terrace. The grounds are decorated with well kept gardens.
Coast/Beach
Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Golf de Andratx located at Camp de Mar, 10 minutes drive away. There is a selection of other courses all within 30 minutes drive.
Distances
The mountains offers great walks for the hikers and for the more energetic, mountain biking and climbing. There are also lovely beaches for those who wish to totally chill out and catch the sun. Camp de Mar and St Elm are recommended beaches within 5/10 minutes drive. The capital city of Palma is also just 20 minutes away by car or taxi.
Further details
There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour, plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 (€300) against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
