The apartment can be accessed by a quiet tree-lined road into a private gated entrance and is ideally located overlooking the world famous yachting harbour, many exclusive fashion outlets and magnificent waterside restaurants offering international cuisine. It is also conveniently situated for golfing amenities at Andratx golf club and superb sun bathing facilities can be found at nearby San Elm. Andratx also holds a street market on Wednesdays which is very worthy of a visit. Ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible but we do ask that a minimum of 1 week is booked if possible. Collection of keys to be arranged. We do ask that people leave the apt by 11am on departure day and new arrivals will not have access until 2-3pm on arrival day.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds/double bed.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with full size bath, shower, toilet, sink and extractor fan.
Separate bathroom with full size bath, shower, toilet, sink and extractor fan.
Kitchen: Newly fitted kitchen with fridge, grill, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, 4 ring stove and freezer.
Living Rooms: Spacious living/dining room with seating for 8 people in each. There is a fireplace, TV, Satellite, CD, stereo, tape player and radio.
Other: Balcony/terrace with patio furniture (to seat 8 people) chairs, table and barbecue.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen is included in the stay but beach towels will not be provided. The apartment/linen is cleaned once a week.

 

Notes on accommodation
There is partial air conditioning in both bedrooms and mosquito screens to all bedroom windows. Children are welcome but we do not allow pets.

Accessibility
Due to it's location, we do not recommend this property for people with walking difficulties or wheelchairs as there are a number of steps leading to the pool.

Outside
The pool is a good size and is set in mature gardens equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is a patio table and chairs for 8 people on the balcony at the apartment and also a barbecue. There is also parking at the entrance to the property if you should choose to hire a car.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach can be found at San Elm which is approx 3km from the apartment. There you will find superb sun bathing facilities and an excellent beach.

Golf
Andratx golf course is approx 3km from the apartment.

Travel
The apartment is approx 30km (45mins) from Palma airport, 2km from the nearest motor way exit and 3km from the beach. Hiring a a car is recommended but not essential, depending on what sort of holiday you are looking for.

Distances
The harbour at Andratx is approx 10 mins walk from the apartment. There you will find a variety of shops bars and restaurants. There is also a street market in Andratx which is held on Wednesdays.

Further details
There are local activities including swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf and water skiing. Some of these activities would require hiring a car as they are further out of the town.

Booking notes
We ask for full payment at the time of booking the apartment and an additional deposit of £50 which will be returned at the end of your stay.
