Stunning location, immediately adjacent to lovely sandy beach and the exclusive area of Puerto Portals. The marina has the best bars, restaurants and designer shops on the island. The spacious apartment is newly decorated, air conditioning and heating throughout. The terrace which is overlooking the beach and marina, is large enough for dining and sunbathing. The swimming pool is situated in a landscaped garden overlooking the beach. The apartment is larger than average, with spacioius lounge and dining. The sofas are very comfortable for relaxing and watching the English television or DVD. Walking to the front of the apartment takes you to the fashional port of Puerto Portals were many television star can been seen dining and even the King of Spain eats in the popular bistros. If you feel like a more casual evening or morning coffee and croissant then walk in the opposite direction to the rustic village of Portals Nous. Dining here is more relaxed and cheaper. Something for everyone.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There would be a discount for a long let during the winter. The flat is fully stocked with linen and towels. These are for your use, free of charge, but laundry of the linen used is payable locally, at the cost charged by the launderette, without addition. The charge for meet and greet is £30 but is complimentary for bookings confirmed prior to 1 March 2009.

Changeover day
To allow for full clean between tenants access not possible before 3pm and the flat must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Early occupation and late check out subject to availability.

Towels and linen included (excluding beach towels). Property is cleaned prior to arrival (and during stay by arrangement). The marble floors throughout keep clean and tidy. There is a very generous supply of linen at the property.

Accessibility
Lift access to all areas, with a disabled access/ramp at the main street entrance, but there are a few steps at the pool entrance.

Outside
Good sized terrace with dining table and sun loungers. Well maintained large gardens with shared swimming pool. The pool area has more than ample sun loungers free of charge, put out daily by the grounds men.

The block has a 24 hour concierge and dedicated parking space in a secure underground car park. Lift access directly from the garage to the apartment front door, ideal after shopping.

Coast/Beach
Immediate access to a sandy beach with clear blue seas, directly outside the garden gates. There is a very good snack bar, ideal for sandwiches and light meals at lunch time, situated on the beach.

Golf
Bendinat golf 5 mins drive, the 3 Santa Ponca golf courses are 15 mins drive and the famous Son Vida Golf is 25 mins away.

Special interest holidays
Water sports available from the marina, including boat hire.

Travel
20 mins from Palma arport. Taxis easily available from the airport and Porta Portals. Car hire optional as all facilities are within walking distance. 15 mins from Palma.

Distances
Immediately adjacent from the front entrance to the apartment, the marina of Puerto Portals with restaurants, bars, designer shops and supermarkets.

Short walk (250m from back entrance of block) to the village of Portal Nous, with supermarkets and inexpensive restaurants, as well as the usual amenities of a village.

Non refundable deposit of 30% to reserve the booking. Full payment by 8 weeks of the travel date. Bookings made within the 8 weeks require immediate payment in full.
