This 2 bedroom apartment is overlooking the large communal swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens which have access straight into the port. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge with dining area, bathroom, kitchen and spacious glassed in terrace. The beach is just a short stroll away and the picturesque marina is right on your doorstep with its many stylish restaurants, bars and shops. All other activities and amenities are close by.

Changeover day
Changeover day is preferably Saturday especially in July and August. Other times will be considered.

| Living Rooms: | The living area is split into dining area, lounge area with glassed in terrace with sliding windows. |

The apartment is cleaned at the end of each stay but extra maid service can be requested at an extra cost. |

Air conditionng is only in the lounge area. Portable fans are in both bedrooms.

Outside
The complex gardens are gated and totally secure around the pool area with ample space to sunbathe all day. The swimming pool has a shallower area for smaller children.
Coast/Beach
The SW of Mallorca has many beaches and smaller coves and bays. The closest beach to the apartment complex is a short pleasant walk through the marina to Portals Nous beach. Other recommended beaches are Portals Vells with a fabulous fish restaurant or the smaller beach in Santa Ponsa, these are roughly a 10 minute drive away.
Golf
There are plenty of golf courses in the SW of Mallorca. The closest is Real Golf Bendinat, a 5 minute drive or Poniente and Santa Ponsa 1 and 2 just a 10 and 15 minutes drive away respectively. More information on golfing or to book tee times etc. please ask.
Travel
The apartment complex is 20 minutes drive from Palma airport. Car hire is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance. If you wish to see the rest of the island by car we can arrange car hire.
Further details
Puerto Portals is full of excellent restaurants from simple pizza and pasta restaurants like "Lollo Rosso" to Japanese cuisine served in "Tahini" to fabulous fish dishes in "Binnacles" and not forgetting the all time favourite "Wellies" with its ample sun terrace to watch the world go by. All tastes are catered for.
Booking notes
A security deposit will be taken on arrival of 300 euros cash this will be refunded 14 days after your departure once the apartment has been checked for damages or breakages.
